About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and fashion-savvy

Retail Manager

to oversee our evening gown boutique. The ideal candidate will lead the team in delivering exceptional client service, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining the brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

Drive sales to achieve monthly and annual boutique targets. Provide personalized styling and fitting advice for customers. Manage VIP, bridal, and special event clients with discretion. Ensure top-tier customer service across all touchpoints. Handle customer feedback and service recovery effectively.

Store Operations

Oversee daily opening and closing procedures. Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards. Manage stock accuracy, receiving, and transfers. Supervise gown rentals, returns, and garment care. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the boutique.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and motivate sales associates and stylists. Set and review sales targets for team members. Manage scheduling, attendance, and performance reviews. Foster a positive, fashion-focused work culture.

Inventory & Merchandising

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with HQ. Identify fast- and slow-moving items to optimize product mix. Collaborate on window displays, product layouts, and promotional setups. Support new collection launches and event merchandising.

Marketing & Events

Support in-store campaigns and social media features. Coordinate private fittings, trunk shows, and collaborations. Build relationships with stylists, planners, and media partners.

Financial & Reporting

Track daily sales, conversion rates, and average transaction value. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. Manage POS accuracy and daily cash reconciliation.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Fashion, or related field. Minimum

3-5 years of retail management experience

(fashion/luxury preferred). Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong fashion sense and customer styling ability. Proficient in POS and inventory systems. Able to work retail hours, weekends, and event days when required.
