Staff management with individual brands
Liaising with suppliers (local and international)
Ensure that safety of department\'s operations and welfare for both internal and external stakeholder are considered
Brand identity, brand positioning and USP development
Brand sourcing and brand development to ensure department stays ahead of competition
Working with team on redesigning of company\'s operational procedures.
Requirement
Possess at least a Diploma.
Min 2 years of working experience in the retail environment and management
Good
Posses leadership skill and able to give trainings and coaching to staffs for sales purpose.
Ensure the sales floor and retail operations of the store are in comply with companies\' policies and procedures
