Retail Operations & Sales Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of all sales channels in Singapore and Malaysia.
Drive store and counter profitability and achieve sales targets through strong operational execution and customer service.
Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and in-store presentation aligned with seasonal collections.
Product & Collection Planning
Collaborate with the Buyer to analyze market trends and sales performance to recommend product assortments and seasonal collections.
Provide insights from market and retail operations to inform product selection, stock depth, and pricing strategy.
Inventory Control & Distribution
Manage inventory levels across all sales channel, ensuring timely replenishment and optimal stock distribution.
Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics to reduce stock aging and minimize out-of-stocks.
Marketing & Promotion Strategy
Partner with the Marketing team to develop and execute in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand collaborations that drive footfall and sales.
Ensure promotional strategies are effectively rolled out at retail level and tracked for performance.
Sales Channel Development
Identify and pursue new sales channels, including travel retail, pop-up stores, partnerships, and seasonal events (e.g., travel fairs, winterwear expos).
Recommend and execute event participation or retail activations that align with the brand and customer base.
Explore new opportunities to increase revenue beyond traditional retail formats.
Team Leadership & Training
Recruit, train, and mentor retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Implement training programs to deepen product knowledge, especially technical features of winterwear.
Foster a performance-driven and team-oriented culture.
Reporting & Analysis
Analyze sales trends, store performance, and inventory metrics for weekly and monthly management reports.
Create detailed performance reports and present business insights and action plans as and when required.
Use data to guide strategic decisions across operations, merchandising, and team management.
Requirement:
Minimum
5 years of retail experience
, with at least
3 years in a managerial position
.
Strong understanding of
apparel retail
, knowledge or experience in
technical outerwear or seasonal clothing will be a bonus
.
Proven ability to lead multi-location retail teams and drive consistent sales growth.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
for data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical, commercial, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
