Job Description

:



Oversee daily operations of the hardware shop. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels. Supervise and guide retail staff to ensure good customer service. Handle customer inquiries, sales, and complaints professionally. Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving sales targets. Ensure shop cleanliness and proper product display.


Requirements:



Minimum 2-3 years of retail or hardware store experience. Strong product knowledge in tools, hardware, and building materials. Good communication and leadership skills. Able to work weekends and public holidays if required. * Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
