Profile:

• At least 5-8 years/experience in retail/operations at supervision level and already managing a team
• Excellent knowledge/ experience in retail business
• Strong leadership and people management skills; Experience in building effective teams
• A result-driven high achiever with ambition, motivation and dynamism.
• Self- motivated, down to earth and willing to learn.
