Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY: . Build and execute marketing campaigns to meet sales goals . Lead the development and implementation of events and campaign strategies, above and below the line, of company products and services, in consultation with respective departments and stakeholders . Track and generate marketing/campaign report on campaign KPIs to provide strategic insights and recommendations. . Identify and target new market segments and commercial marketing opportunities and develop proposals to realise potential. . Manage CRM portal on sales opportunity and leads . Initiate presales activities that drive revenue while performing market research to identify trends and understand customer behaviour . Administer all sales phases (pre-sales, delivery, and post-sales) to ensure efficient and satisfactory purchase journey for all consumer and commercial clients . Liaise and negotiate with internal and external client on all aspects of campaign activity ensuring all outcomes meet client requirements and are approved prior to implementation . Collaborate with other departments to create marketing collaterals for campaigns . Identify opportunities for marketing partnerships to engage stakeholders, sponsors, vendors, and other external parties including precinct partners to increase awareness of our activities and ultimately engagement . Undertake ad-hoc marketing tasks as assigned.COMPETENCIES: . Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing or demonstrated skill/experience in relevant field. . Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing related role . Possess understanding of IT would be a plus . Proficiency of Windows and Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc . Practise good time management, organization, and analytics skills . Able to establish successful working relationships with a wide range of diverse people, both internal and external to the organisation. .
