  • Communicate with and sell to potential students to maintain consistent new enrollment for lessons.
  • Maintain communication with parents, teachers, and students to monitor progress, address concerns, and foster a positive learning environment.
  • Manage and oversee schedules for both teachers and students, ensuring optimal allocation of lesson time slots and timely execution of lessons.
  • Monitor student payment records to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments, and follow-up whenever necessary.
  • Familiarize examination procedures outlined by Trinity College of London Rock & Pop, especially for students seeking guided lessons based on the curriculum.
  • Gather feedback from instructors and students to pinpoint areas for improvement and enhance overall academy performance.
  • Source and manage necessary supplies for the showroom, including office supplies, cleaning materials, refreshments, snacks for staff, and other miscellaneous items as needed.
  • Compile monthly sales reports and other relevant documents for submission to the accounts department.
  • Facilitate the submission of staff reimbursement claims to the accounts department, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with the retail team to provide administrative support for various tasks as necessary.
Requirements
  • A strong ability to connect with customers and sell.
  • Understand customer service principles and is able to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office & Google Drive applications, and ability to learn using the in-house ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and cashiering system.
  • Punctuality is a must.
  • A strong sense of responsibility, willingness to take the initiative to spot and resolve issues and taking pride in going the extra mile.
  • Work Location is at Buona Vista (The Star Vista).
