Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Achieve KPI/ target set by superior
- Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries from customers.
- Provide prompt and accurate information to all customers\' enquiries to convert to enrolment & sales.
- Assist in student registration & movement, school cashiering and sales of books.
- Liaising with parents or students for class arrangement
- Conduct Trial Lessons, Open House, and Student\'s events
- Liaise with various department for Submission of documentation and correspondence
Requirements:
- At least 1 year in retail or music school experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to work on retail hours
