About this Team

What's the team function?

Retail Operation team is responsible for:

Responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of our retail outlet, ensuring excellence in visual merchandising and customer service. This role helps ensure customers enjoy a consistent and outstanding experience at every store. Currently, we operate two (2) Dreame flagship stores and one (1) Dasher Smart Home showroom, with one (1) new outlet opening soon. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in upholding brand standards, elevating customer experience, and ensuring the effective execution of retail.

We are open to hiring at various levels, Retail Executive, Senior Retail Executive, or Supervisor, who will be considered for the role of Store Lead depending on experience and capability!

Retail Operation Job Scope:

Ensure retail outlets meet visual merchandising standards and align with brand guidelines Support daily store operations, including customer service, inventory coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns Gather and act on customer feedback to improve overall store performance and experience For Store Lead, lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and uphold operational excellence*

What's the skill required?

Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin

(required for communication with Brand Principals who primarily speak Mandarin)

Proven experience in retail operations or a similar role, experience in large or home appliances is an added advantage Strong understanding of retail trends and customer engagement strategies Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and customer service best practices For Store Lead, equipped with a P&L mindset, capable of managing store performance and profitability

Who's there to support you?

We have our dedicated in house Graphic Designer to aid you in production of multimedia materials needed for offline store. You will be working closely with our Procurement and Warehousing team for shipment related issue. We do have Customer Experience team to support in terms of entertaining all customer enquiries and after-sales support.

There will also be support from our in-house Digital Marketing team in term of liaising with influencers, setting up ads etc.

You will be involved into, or even take charge in various internal training and sharing session about latest market analysis and sales challenges. Also, you're expected to play an active role in brainstorming session and decision making meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
