Job Description
Responsibilities
- To finish administrative and rostering tasks so that stores can run efficiently.
- If consistently high levels of efficiency are to be maintained, then Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) must be followed, and operational workflows and procedures must be managed and governed.
- To conduct data analysis in conjunction with the KPIs that the stores have selected.
- Managing and responding to customer feedback
- Create employee gatherings that will help the business.
- Developing close working relationships with suppliers while putting together creative visual merchandising displays.
- Responsible, possess initiative, independent and resourceful
- Meticulous, hardworking, willing to learn, able to multi-task and work independently.
- Possess a good working attitude and is a team player.
- Independent, Dynamic, and able to adapt to fast-paced operations enviro
- Good problem solving, communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel (including Vlookup and Pivot table)
