Create purchase orders and coordinate shipments while liaising with central operations.
Monitor stock levels, track sales, handle back orders, and ensure timely replenishment of model stock and related materials.
Allocate products based on back orders and sales targets, ensuring efficient distribution of high-end and limited edition pieces.
Support sales operations by reviewing records and ensuring compliance through audits.
Verify customer payments and manage store vendor relations, petty cash, and expense reporting.
Assist client-facing teams with back-office tasks and cover retail operations as needed.
Analyze weekly and monthly forecasts and maintain the clientele book.
Collaborate with marketing teams to prepare for events, ensuring product availability and tracking leads.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fields.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for those experienced in luxury retail operations.
Familiarity with inventory management and CRM software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and retail software applications.
High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
