\xe2\x9e\xa0 Position: Perm \xe2\x9e\xa0 Industry: Luxury Retail \xe2\x9e\xa0 Location: Orchard \xe2\x9e\xa0 Salary: up to $3,500

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations of Multi-brand stores Boutiques
  • Support and work closely with the retail team in ensuring standard operating procedures and service guidelines are met
  • Monitor and manage stores\xe2\x80\x99 maintenance supplies such as store amenities, office equipment and pouches to ensure quality standard and cost effectiveness
  • Assist in the planning and execution of new store openings from renovation works and fittings to manpower management
  • Liaise with mall managements or contractors on any ad-hoc installation and maintenance works
  • Liaise with HR on manpower deployment for stores
  • Assist in the quarterly Mystery Shopper\xe2\x80\x99s results review with suppliers and retail team
  • Dissemination of brands incentives, price & discount guidelines to retail sales team
  • Processing of monthly incentive reports for required brands
  • Preparation of sales reports for monthly performance review
  • Dissemination of sellout reports for monthly performance review to Retail Brands
  • Liaise with mall managements and work alongside with the marketing team on corporate events, promotions and seminars
  • Liaise with retail sales team on independent brand enquiries and orders
  • Manage & collate annual new novelties orders and waiting list of retail sales team
  • Sourcing, analysing & verification of all vendor quotations and invoices
  • Support and manage Retail Exclusive Brands from coordinating purchase orders to stock inventory management
  • Ensure effective management of After-Sales service as well as handling customers\xe2\x80\x99 feedback complaints and email enquiries
  • Manage & rectify any issues of warranty & sellout declaration mismatch and/or extension of warranties
  • Work with retail brands on the new deployment of systems, warranties and ordering platforms
  • Work with e-commerce team on online store SKU listings and customer enquiries
  • Manage & timely updating of key listings and documents (ie. Brands & staff contact listing, discount guidelines, POS listings etc)
  • Timely arrangement of retail sales team\xe2\x80\x99s training schedule and events participation
  • Handle reservations and bookings of Company\xe2\x80\x99s travel and accommodations
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree or Diploma in business administration, business studies or sales & marketing
  • 2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail environment or customer service industry
  • High degree of initiative and self motivation with personal interest in timepieces
  • Enjoys working in the retail environment and performs well under pressure
  • Good organizational skills with leadership qualities and people management skills
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of application software like Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
