Looking for a Retail Operations Executive

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world\'s largest tech organizations
• We are looking for a Retail Operations Executive
• The role will start out as a contract
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

• Experience in retail (customer electronics / mobile phones) will be a plus
• Ability to learns and apply professional concepts.
• Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
• Works on problems of limited scope.
• Follows standard practices and procedures
• Normally receives detailed instructions on all work
• Fresh graduates welcome

• Responsible for planning and OTIF execution of all assigned activations, upholding the HQ brand and execution guideline standards include planogram planning.
• Provide input on new idea / trend to innovate our POSM plans to commercialise all efforts
• Digital assets execution based on HQ standard for all company owned Digital screens
• Work closely with Partners, Operators and all Retailers of all launch executions
• Plan and coordinate with external agency to ensure timely and strong deployments, driving retail excellence and design thinking to enhance our competitiveness across the channels
• Support in-mall advertising execution to drive brand engagement and increase launch awareness
• Excellent time management to ensure well executed deployments, accordingly to the timeline given
• Manage all Shop request through e-System
• Monitor on site event/roadshows set up & execution
• In charge of billing & invoicing
• All other duties as assigned
