Job Description
Our Client is a Luxury Fashion company they are growing its global presence, they are looking for a Retail Operation Intern to join their Retail Operation team based in Singapore. Office Hours, Mon - Fri.
As a Retail Operations Intern you will be reporting to the Retail Director, SEA. To support the day-to-day operational needs and be involved in executing new initiatives/processes together with the retail teams. you will also be supporting the retail business unit and contributing to delivering service and operations excellence across our retail stores in South East Asia.
- Assist Retail Director with monthly sales data extraction, consolidation and reporting.
- Identify areas of improvement and provide reporting adjustments to improve its efficacy in driving retail performance.
- To provide administrative support to the retail management.
- Support in ad hoc projects and duties from time to time.
- Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months
- University student or fresh graduate who wishes to get in-depth knowledge in reporting, data analytics and retail operations.
- Enjoys numbers, data analysis, report writing and improving workflow processes.
- A good foundation in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
