Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Myanmar minimart, including inventory, customer service, and supplier coordination.
Manage relationships and communications with Myanmar-speaking clients and suppliers.
Coordinate interior design-related projects, ensuring smooth workflow between clients, designers, and contractors.
Plan and implement operational strategies to improve sales and service quality.
Supervise and train staff to maintain high performance and operational standards.
Prepare operational reports and assist management in business planning.
Requirements
Proven experience in retail management, operations, or a similar role.
Proficiency in both Myanmar and English languages (verbal and written).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Understanding of Myanmar culture and customer behavior is an advantage.
