To oversee the daily functions of one or multiple retail locations, ensuring operational excellence, maximizing profitability, and driving sales through effective leadership and process optimization.


Store Operations & Efficiency: Opening/Closing Procedures, Inventory Management, Health & Safety Compliance, Maintenance & Facilities Sales & Financial Performance: Sales Target, Budget Management, Reporting Team Leadership & People Management: Staff Recruitment & Hiring, Training & Development, Performance Management Customer Service Excellence: Customer Feedback Analysis, Loyalty Programs Technology & Systems: POS Management, Back-Office Systems

Job Requirements:



Must speak fluent Mandarin and English Knowledge of retail management best practices Good organizational skills Highly sales driven, must be highly motivated Able to handle multiple roles Excellent management and leadership skills * Excellent knowledge of retail management software (e.g. MS RMS)
