Meet sales goal by training, Motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandise standards. Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store. Report buying trends and customer needs. Propose innovative ideas to increase stores sales. Deal with all issues that arises from staff or customers(complaints, grievances etc) Should able to manage staff roaster as per requirement of the store. Should have entrepreneur skills and with excellent customer services able to understand and develop future business growths i.e. franchisee. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation required at the airport. Overseeing stock control. Plan and oversee in store promotional events or displays Excellent leadership and organization skills. Commercial awareness.
