Description

• Serves patients by preparing medications, giving pharmacological information to multidisciplinary health care team, and monitoring customers drug therapies.
• Prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders and detecting therapeutic incompatibilities.
• Dispenses medications by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals.
• Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies; advising interventions.
• Provides pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of health care professionals and counseling patients on drug therapies.
• Develops Store Staff's pharmacological knowledge by participating in clinical programs and training store staff, interns, and health advisors.
• Complies with Singapore's drug laws as regulated by the state board of pharmacy, the drug enforcement administration, and the food and drug administration by monitoring nursing unit inspection.
• Maintains records for controlled substances and removes outdated and damaged drugs from the pharmacy inventory.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Organizing the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster
• Maintaining full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and other products
• Provide assistance other medical services such blood pressure/ temperature measurements etc.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Provide prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all customers
• Promote and recommend suitable products for customer's needs
• Engage with customers and handle customer's refund, feedback and complaints.
• Housekeeping and maintenance of cashier counter, sales floor and storeroom cleanliness and tidiness ordering of pharmaceutical products and items

Requirements

• Min Degree in Pharmacy
• Able to commit retail hours
• Training provided
