We're Hiring: Retail Promoter (Snacks Store)

: Full-Time / Part-Time

Working Days

: 5 & 6 days per week (alternating schedule)

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism


Provide product recommendations and answer inquiries


Handle basic customer feedback and escalate when necessary

Merchandise Management

Ensure proper display, stocking, and replenishment of products


Maintain shelf cleanliness and visual appeal


Monitor product expiry dates and assist in stock rotation and inventory checks

Cashiering Duties

Operate POS system accurately to process payments


Handle cash transactions and perform daily cash reconciliation

Store Cleanliness & Safety

Maintain cleanliness of store premises and equipment


Be alert to potential safety issues (e.g. fire hazards, theft prevention)

Promotions & Sales Support

Support in-store promotions and campaign execution


Proactively introduce promotional items to customers

Teamwork & Operations

Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Store Supervisor


Help onboard new team members when needed

Who We're Looking For

Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused personality


Good communication skills and positive work attitude


Retail experience preferred (especially F&B/snack-related), but not required


Able to commit to rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
