What You'll Do

Welcome and engage customers with warmth, energy, and professionalism Understand their haiyr and scalp needs, and recommend products or services that elevate their beauty journey Provide personalized product advice and styling tips that make clients feel confident and cared for Drive sales through meaningful conversations, not just transactions Ensure the retail space reflects the brand's luxury standards -- always elegant, organized, and inviting

Who You Are

Outgoing, bubbly, and confident with strong communication skills Passionate about luxury, beauty, or wellness -- and eager to learn No direct hair or beauty experience needed, but a background in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus You love connecting with people and take pride in creating memorable experiences and building relationships with clients Positive attitude, well-groomed, and a true team player
