Job Description

• Marina Bay Sand / Orchard - Singapore
• Working days: 5 days rotating shift
• 44hours/week (4 days 9 hours; 1 day 8 hours)
• Basic $1900 to $2300 + commission

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to sell products and provide customer service
• Generate new businesses (Walk Ins or / and Phone enquiries)
• To contact customers and perform after sales services
• Attain and maintain required service standards
• Respond to service challenges, e.g. handling customer queries and / or complaints
• Provide supporting activities; i.e. invoicing, packing
• Maintain housekeeeping standards at the Boutique
