Retail Sales Assistant (Home Audio - AV)
Key Areas of Responsibilities:-
- Promote AV at our direct store (Plaza Singapura)
- To achieve store sales target and long-term brand/product objectives
- To ensure product range are suitably stocked for sales
- To ensure product range are well display at all times
- To be equipped with AV/Hifi product knowledge to provide right advice to customers
- Provide excellent after-sales services ensuring customers have had good shopping and product usage experience
- Perform extra duty and overtime events when required
- Independent and able to handle day to day store operations
- File and keep all documentations, memorandum, and other correspondences
Requirements:-
- Possess at least GCE N/O Level or relevant field
- At least 1 years of relevant experience in similar capacity within Consumer Audio industry is an added advantage
- Passion for Home Audio products
- Tactful & customer oriented
- Keen & willing to learn
- 5 days’ work week; An average of 44hrs per week but will be scheduled to work on retail hours (inclusive of weekends/Public Holidays)
