To achieve store sales target and long-term brand/product objectives
To ensure product range are suitably stocked for sales
To ensure product range are well display at all times
To be equipped with AV/Hifi product knowledge to provide right advice to customers
Provide excellent after-sales services ensuring customers have had good shopping and product usage experience
Perform extra duty and overtime events when required
Independent and able to handle day to day store operations
File and keep all documentations, memorandum, and other correspondences
Requirements:-
Possess at least GCE N/O Level or relevant field
At least 1 years of relevant experience in similar capacity within Consumer Audio industry is an added advantage
Passion for Home Audio products
Tactful & customer oriented
Keen & willing to learn
5 days’ work week; An average of 44hrs per week but will be scheduled to work on retail hours (inclusive of weekends/Public Holidays)
