Multiple outlets across North & Central Singapore

Full-Time | 6-Day Work Week | Shift-Based (Retail Hours)

Salary Range: $1,800 - $2,200 (Basic) + OT + Commission + $300 Monthly Allowance

Retail Sales Associates

to represent a trusted luggage brand across our outlets in Singapore.

What You'll Do:

Deliver exceptional service to customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right products Handle daily store operations including

sales

,

stock-taking

, and

inventory management

Maintain a

clean and organized

retail environment Support

after-sales services

like exchanges, refunds, and repairs Assist with

opening and closing

store procedures Collaborate with your team to hit sales goals and provide feedback to improve store performance Ensure all items are

properly tagged and displayed

What We're Looking For:

Retail sales experience is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility Able to work

retail hours

, including

weekends and public holidays

Comfortable with

weekday shifts (~7 hrs)

and

weekend shifts (8-10 hrs)

Ability to communicate effectively in

Mandarin

is a plus (to assist Mandarin-speaking customers)
