In-charge of order processing and restocking
Ensures that boutique is clean/ organized according to established guidelines and safety protocols.
Performs visual display and arranges product displays
Maintains an updated client database for promos and new collections.
Safeguards items from fraudulent activities and transactions.
Addresses and resolves customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Converts queries and walk-ins to sales.
Processes customer payments using POS.
Daily encoding of sales transactions into the system.
Maintains an in-depth product knowledge to provide recommendation to clients as necessary.
