Job Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.
Provide product information, recommendations, and after-sales support.
Handle inquiries and promote products to meet sales targets.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently (POS / invoicing).
Build long-term relationships with repeat customers.
Store Operations

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable retail environment.
Manage product display, stock replenishment, and inventory checks.
Assist with receiving and unpacking goods.
Prepare simple reports and communicate with the office team on stock or customer matters.
Perform other ad-hoc retail duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

Minimum GCE O-Level / N-Level / Diploma in any field.
Retail experience is an advantage.
Must be able to write and communicate in both Mandarin and English (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers).
Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented.
Willing to learn product knowledge and handle customer needs confidently.
Able to work on weekends or retail shifts when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month

GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Required)
Work Location: In person
