Retail Cashier - Wan Siang TCM

Location: Canberra Plaza
Job Type: Full Time
Timing: 5 Day Work (12:30pm- 9:30pm) off on Thursday and Friday
Salary: $1700 - $1900

Other Salary Components:

14 Days Annual Leave/ Medical Leave / Hospital Leave Medical
Requirements:

Computer literate Committed and service-oriented personality Excellent telephone etiquette Self Motivated, positive attitude, and strong integrity Customer service experience in retail outlet Must be able to commit on Weekends and Public Holidays (5-day work + 2 day off week) Preferably able to identify herbs
:

Handle customer payments using POS system and other credit card facilities. Assist in all other retail operation duties Handle patient's management system Handle incoming walk-in patients, phone calls, appointments and messages Other administrative ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct Manager
Work experience in TCM industry will an advantage
