Responsibilities

Proactively approach, engage, and assist walk-in customers
Promote and introduce our brand with strong product knowledge
Provide excellent service by handling customer feedback and defective items promptly
Manage daily and monthly stock ordering, replenishment, and stock counts
Maintain store standards, including display, lighting, and cleanliness
Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
----------------
Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent (related field preferred)
1 year of experience in F&B / Retail Operations is an advantage
Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome (training will be provided)
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and sales-driven mindset
Able to work on evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
