Provide products knowledge & recommendation to customer
Replenish & Display merchandise
Put back merchandise to its displayed location
Cashiering
Provide simple watch servicing (eg. change watch battery, change watch strap, adjust watch link, etc... (on-the-job training)
Follow-up after sales service
Perform monthly & annually stock take, or as instructed
General housekeeping - keep the shop clean & neat at all times.
Polite & provide excellent customer service
Requirements
Minimium 1 year retail experience in timepieces industry
Good communication skills
Able to converse in English & Mandarin
Proactive, Responsible, Integrity, Meticulous, Committed
Customer service oriented
Sales driven personality
Tech savvy
Working Days & Retail Hours
5 days work week (including weekends & public holidays)
2 off days per week
Retail hours: 11am - 9pm
Salary: Basic S$1,800 - 2,000(depends on experience)
* Commission (after probation)
