Job Description
We are looking to hire a hard-working, customer-oriented retail shop assistant to ensure the smooth running of our in-store retail operations at TANGLIN MALL, Singapore. The shop assistant\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities include -
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (not a necessaty but oral mandarin skills would be preffered) language .
- Ensuring ontime opening and closing of the store.
- Pleasant, patient and approachable personality towards all customers coming into the store.
- Monitoring customer activities to providing help and suggestions when necessary or asked, informing all clients about ongoing promotions and deals and processing customer orders at cashiers desk.
- Taking care of visual merchandising for best display of products at all times. Keeping the store clean, tidy and well arranged is a must.
- Should be able to pick up and learn operations of the store and POS system.
- A positive and enthusiastic approach is essential, along with the ability to communicate successfully with customers and senior management.
- Addressing and resolving customers enquiries/complaints in a professional manner.
- Performing end-of-day cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness.
