Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers by recommending products that suit their needs and preferences.
Provide excellent customer service while building strong, long-term customer relationships.
Guide and support junior sales team members with product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
Maintain merchandise displays, organize stock areas, and perform regular inventory checks.
Ensure accurate processing of daily sales transactions, cash handling, and system-based inventory updates.
Job Requirements:
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Prior experience in sales or retail is preferred.
Able to work retail hours (i.e. shift work, public holidays and weekends)
