Full-time Retail Sales Associate The key responsibility is to provide ear piercing services for young children and retail services to visiting customers. Other responsibilities include:
Following the government\'s latest protocol Education:
- esponsible for day-to-day operations and Customer Service
- Perform Ear Piercing for Customers
- Handles cashier duty and general stock-taking
- Attend to sales enquiries on Company products and services
- Handles and respond to customer enquiries & feedback
- Promote and share the company stories and philosophy
- Ensure cleanliness of the store by executing daily housekeeping
- Review weekly & monthly results and discuss next strategy and idea with Management
- Other duties assigned by Store Manager
- Experience in customer service will be a bonus
- We have 7 locations island wide (hiring for other outlets too)
- Required to commit on Fri - Sun & Public Holidays (to be remunerated)
- Performing ear piercings for customers of all ages (we will provide you the training)
- Opening and/ or closing of a store
- Stocktaking
- Ensuring customers are satisfied with your products and services
- Maintaining the store\xe2\x80\x99s cleanliness
- Cashiering
- Training opportunities (training may be held at one of Stellar outlets)
