Branded Retail Company
Basic Salary: $2,200 - $2,400
Working Hours: 5 days, 44 hour week (within 10am to 10pm - retail hours)
Commissions: Team based. Average $300 - $500 per month. (up to $700 - 800 during peak)

Key Responsibilities
Engage and interact with customers on the shop floor to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
Deliver excellent customer service while upselling and cross-selling to meet sales targets
Support store operations, including inventory management, restocking, and cashiering
Maintain overall store tidiness and assist with day-to-day retail upkeep
Requirements
Open to candidates with backgrounds in hospitality or similar customer-facing roles
Possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in the retail industry
Willing to learn and grow within a dynamic retail environment
