Working directly with over 300 brands or their official distributors, OnTheList offers its members authentic and quality products with the promise of being the best deal in town.PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE / SCOPEThe Sales Associate would be responsible for delivering fantastic customer experience to OnTheList members.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome members and assisting new members with the registration process.
• Upsell and promote the Premium Membership as well as online sales platform.
• Proactively approach and assist customers in their shopping experience in the store.
• Build a VIP client base and proactively contact to promote upcoming sales or products.
• Provide an impeccable image for our partnering brands with appealing visual merchandising.
• Any other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• O level and above
• Minimum 1 year in customer service or retail environment.
• Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, mature and good team-player.
• Fixed Sunday off, 5 days work week, 44 hours per week.
