Retail Sales (Junior/Senior)Working Days: 44 hours shift (8 off days per month based on planned roster)If staff works on a public holiday (PH) will have another day off in lieu.Working Timing: Shift workAM: 10am-7pm (1 hour break) / PM: 1pm-10pm (1 hour break) / Full: 10am-10pm (2 hours break, 1 hour each time)Location: ION Orchard, IMM, Vivo City, 313@SomersetSalary: Starting Salary for Sales Associate $1,900 (after probation $1,950) + Team Sales Commission (guaranteed every month) Average of $400-$1500 + Team Incentives + Attendance Allowance + Personal Incentives.Starting Salary for Senior Sales Associate $2,150 (after probation $2,200) + Team Sales Commission (guaranteed every month) Average of $500-$1800 + Team Incentives + Attendance Allowance + Personal Incentives.Requirements

• Prior retail experience is preferred, preferably in fashion retail.
