In the role as a Sales Associate, you are passionate about our products & brand to provide Customer Service Excellence at all times whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to drive commercial success.

Basic Salary of $2000 + attractive commission package

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn and master brand and product knowledge
• Strive to discover customers\' needs and guide them across the brand products
• Manage customer relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service
• Result-oriented and strives to meet monthly sales target
• Ensuring the shop floor is maintained to a high standard at all times

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in luxury retail is a plus
• Candidates without relevant experience but have a passion for Retail are welcome to apply
• Looking for self-driven and energized individuals
• Possess strong interpersonal, and communication skills and is able to understand and communicate fluently in English and native languages
• You must be willing to perform 6 days shift duties (44 hours work week) and public holidays
