Responsibilities & Duties Greeting customers and attends to customers with engagement of product and brand story. Welcomes returning customers and perform any request(s) of after-sales service. Complaint handling - Turning a frustrated customer into a happy customer, while adhering to company policies, requires a combination of empathy and tact. Connect customers with warm greetings and great first impression. Introduce & Share VIP Program / Privileges with customer. Update accurate sales information Understand the results and create action plan based on business needs by manoeuvring product displays to drive highest sales potential Demonstrate a good knowledge of business fundamentals with L4L Sales KPI of ATV, UPT, product contributor, etc. Ensure a high level of merchandising and cleanliness in line with the brands Visual Merchandising guidelines. Display Stock Replenishment and Seasonal Promotions Stock replenishment and accountability for opening, closing and handover. Ensure sales floor is always neat and tidy, and stock is well organised. Weekly check of SOH with ERP system (Navision) Opening and closing procedures are strictly followed Store alarm system is checked daily.
