Job Description
- 5 Days Work Week

- Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve strong sales performance.
- Execute day-to-day shop operations in accordance with the Company\'s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Conduct daily email checks and provide regular sales updates
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brands and products through continuous self-updates on the latest product information
- Perform cashiering duties and adhere to SOP for the secure handling of money
- Participate in stock taking as assigned by the supervisor
- Collaborate with the team to motivate and drive sales to meet set targets
- Ensure regular and timely visual merchandising and housekeeping
- Manage order fulfillment for e-commerce platform iShop Changi
- Foster a positive work culture within the shop
- Coordinate with Buyers and warehouse for inventory replenishment and movement when necessary
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned, such as assisting in organizing family sales, etc.
- Advantageous to have a passion for Luxury Retail
- Possess 1 year of experience in the retail sales industry
- Customer service-oriented with a commitment to retail shift hours (Between 6:00 am to 1 am, including weekends and Public Holidays)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Willingness to work in various outlets located at Changi Airport
