Responsibilities

Assist walk-in customers by providing personalized product recommendations based on their preferences. Deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. Mentor and support junior sales executives in sales techniques and product knowledge. Organize merchandise displays, maintain orderly stock layouts, and conduct regular inventory checks. Accurately record daily sales transactions, manage cash handling, and update inventory in the system.

Requirements

Relevant experience in retail sales will be a plus Possess friendly, approachable and engaging personality Able to work on retail hours, weekend and public holiday
