Retail Sales Customer Relations Officer Orchard Showrrom/ 4 Days Work Week

Job Description
- 1 Year renewable Contract under agency Search Index Headcount and Payroll
- Achieve individual sales and team target in Plaza Singapura Showroom
- Handle all walk-in and phone enquiries from customers.
- Explain product information as well as communicate the use of all products in the most professional and efficient way
- Perform direct marketing and sales activities to generate sales
- Participate in outdoor sales activities and roadshows.
- Handle counter duties and cashiering in showroom
- Other ad-hoc duties or reassignment if required.
- Single shift from 10.30am to 9.30pm
- Work 4 days per week roster, ie. 2 weekdays per week and on every Sat and Sun, including public holidays.
- Commit to work up to 6 public holidays.
- 1 day weekend off per month (either Sat or Sun) according to roster
- Secondary Education and above
- Preferably 1-2years with relevant retail sales experience
- Good communication skills, good personality and customer service skills, result-oriented, highly motivated
- Integrity, Teamwork
- Computer literate
- Basic salary from $2,000 - $2500 per month neg
- Retail allowance $150/mth
- Counter allowance $150/mth
- Contract completion bonus up to 1 month\'s salary
- Overtime eligibility as per Employment Act
- Monthly and yearly commission for individual and team contributor upon achieving sales target.
- 14 days AL
- 14 days Medical Leave
- Paid medical consultation per Employment Act and $12/visit up to $144 per year for GP clinics.
