Job Description
Description:
- To handle sales of telecommunication products and any other related services according to the Standard Operations Procedure
- To ensure all updated POS materials are displayed promptly
- To participate in roadshows, stock count, etc
- To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- To manage issues that arise from customers (e.g. complaints, feedback, etc)
- To maintain housekeeping and cleanliness within the outlet
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least GCE "O" Level or equivalent in any field
- Must be willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holiday
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales-driven and customer service oriented
More Information
- Training will be provided
- 5 days\' work week
- Working hours: 10.30am to 9.30pm / 11am to 9pm
- Islandwide locations (High traffic shopping malls)
- Gross salary up to $4000 (Basic + Commission + Incentives + Overtime)
- 13th Month
