Serving the walk-in customer and Achieving Sales Target set by manager
Advocate on Store Promotions to maintain acquisition and retention of customers
Ensure close coordination with customers to meet customer\'s requirements
Provide professional advice to assist customers with their products concern
Assist to resolve issues when arises, feedbacks of orders, return & exchange etc
Ensuring each client receives high quality customer service
Represent company in areas of public relations like trade shows, parades, IT shows, Corporate Event
Identifying market trends to better serve client
Acquisition of all the B2B customers in the O2O store.
Requirements:
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
