We're looking for a reliable and dynamic individual to join us as a

Retail Sales Executive

What you'll do:

Engage with customers in-store and share your passion for wine Promote our products and create a welcoming experience for shoppers

What we offer:

Salary:

$3,000 - $3,500/month + commission

Able to work weekends and night shifts Passionate about wine and enjoys interacting with people

Roles and Responsibilities:

Represent and introduce our wine products to customers. Plan and conduct sales and marketing activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Oversee daily boutique operations, including inventory management and ordering of goods and supplies. Ensure excellent guest service and maintain a clean, welcoming boutique environment. Promote and sell products to walk-in customers. Handle cash, POS transactions, and daily sales reporting. Report sales results and insights to the director. Attend to customer needs, enquiries, and complaints promptly.

Requirements:

Passion for wine and a desire to build a career in the wine industry. Strong communication and customer service skills. Fluent in spoken and written English. Remuneration commensurate with experience and knowledge. * 5-day work week (1 weekday and 1 weekend off)
