Driving Sales and Achieving Sales Target set by company and managers
Advocate on Store Promotions to maintain acquisition and retention of customers
Ensure close coordination with customers to meet customer's requirements
Provide professional advice to assist customers with their products concern
Assist to resolve issues when arises, feedbacks of orders, return & exchange etc
Proven experience as a customer service or relevant role
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-Motivated with a results-driven approach
Other ad-hoc jobs as assigned by the management

Candidate must possess

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Excellent customer service, Planning and Good oral and communication skills
