Indoor sales [ 5 days work], office hour
Responsibilities:
Attend to customers' enquiries and provide accurate information and recommendations on car accessories.
Deliver excellent customer service while supporting store sales and promotional activities.
Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are well-displayed, stocked, and organized.
Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions and reporting purposes.
Coordinate with the logistics team to manage order fulfillment for both in-store and online customers.
Handle customer enquiries and feedback through phone, email, and online platforms in a professional manner.
Arrange and follow up on installation appointments, ensuring smooth customer experience.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve store objectives in a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in
Business Administration
or a related field.
Prior experience in
automotive accessories or electronic gadgets sales
is an advantage but not mandatory.
