Job Description

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3,000 to $3,500 (depending on relevant experience)
• Performance Bonus up to 2 months
• Commissions (Average around $600 to $1,500++)
• Working Hours: 5 day work week, 44h per week
• Working Location: Orchard (in shopping mall)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving store targets and providing a top notch shopping experience to our customers.
• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing items and providing product recommendations where required.
• Maintain general housekeeping of the retail outlets, such as cashiering, tally sales reports, ensuring the tidiness of the retail outlets and product displays, etc.
• Maintain stock inventory, product replenishment and stock takes.
• Provide orientation and product training for new retail assistants.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience as a store supervisor
