Job Responsibilities:

Provide customers with product knowledge and recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
Maintain a good working relationship with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
Conduct regular product training for retail staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the products they sell.
Assist in creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve profitability goals.
Monitor and report on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including pricing and discount policies.
Continuously improve customer service practices and respond to feedback to enhance service standards and customer experiences.

Job Requirements:

No experience necessary.
Good knowledge of home interiors and design.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Working location: Tagore lane.
Working hours: 5 working days per week, from 11AM to 9PM, able to work on public holidays and weekends.
