The Talent:

• Minimum 3 years experiences in customer service, retail environment or in similar capacity.
• Passion in retail industry, good communication and customer handling skills.
• Good team player, nice personality, service oriented, positive attitudes to learning new skill sets.
• Basic computer skills and netiquette.
• Able to commit 5 working days in a week.

The Job:

• To carry out sales activities and maximize the sell through results through upselling and cross selling
• To maintain a proactive approach towards the customers and provide good customer service
• To support the maintenance of the counter appearance according to the company policy
• To build customer loyalty and relationship with the brand re
• Responsible for store inventories.
