Role:

As an RSS, your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores 'satisfied or satisfied'. We heavily invest in the development of teammates so that those who want to build careers within the business are able to flourish within their roles. Responsibilities:

Store life is full of energy where no two days are the same. Challenges? Sure! but with the support of your team, we guarantee that you will surpass even your own expectations and make a difference!

You will be front-facing customers at the Welcome Desk, managing exchange, returns and Self Check Out payments. When in need, you will also be running the e-commerce operations in the store.

Requirements:

• YOU NEED TO BE PASSIONATE ABOUT SPORT(S)! ?Y
• Positive, hands-on attitude with a desire to learn
• Embrace responsibility and vitality
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in retail is a plus
• Great listener, communicator, and team player
• Able to work usual retail hours; including evenings and weekends (minimum commitment - 6 months)
• Customer centric

• For Part-time : Hourly rate starting from 10$/hour
