Retail Store Manager Location: Jewel Changi Working Days: 5 Days (44 Hours) Working Hours: Shift Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 Job Responsibilities * Results focused - you must have a strong sales f Retail Store Manager Location: Jewel Changi Working Days: 5 Days (44 Hours) Working Hours: Shift Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 Job Responsibilities Results focused - you must have a strong sales focus and proven results Assist in maintaining all company policies and standards in relation to running of the store such as store appearance and merchandising Manage retail staff, among which includes people working on the floor. Training new staff members and scheduling shifts. Maintain health and safety measures and store's cleanliness Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a retail environment. Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, swiftly adapting to change and leading others through fast paced environments. Strong problem-solving attitude. Proficient in basic computer operations ability to organize inventory while working on the selling floor and backend.
