This individual will be primarily responsible for the management of the store, the staff within it and the stock. This will include personnel management, exceeding defined business targets whilst working within given budgets and building the brands image through sales.

Adecco is collaborating with an independent Asian company that specializes in crafting and personalizing exquisite, luxury jewelry pieces.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise, train and assist employees like Sales Associates and Retail Store Clerks incustomer service, store maintenance and product promotions.
• Develop and maintain a schedule for employees and promotions centered on holiday sales and other cycles.
• Implement SOP for new retail setup in line with luxury industry.
• Set up effective CRM system for clienteling.
• Event Planning with Marketing Department.
• Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store.
• Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
• Implement cross-training of employees to maintain productivity at all times.
• Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability.
• Ensure the store always remains clean and presentable.
• Hire and train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to provide outstandingcustomer service.

Requirements :

• Above 5 years of sales leading experiences in jewelry or luxury industry
• Strong sales driving skillls
• Good team management skill
• Open, passionate, with good communication skill
• Able to work under pressure
